Should we bother studying anthropology? Who cares about political science? We believe social research can help us make sense of an increasingly bleak world; it can also be a tool in building resistance and solidarity movements. We believe that we need to highlight and showcase researchers in training conducting socially-relevant research, as well as those using innovative and unusual methods that go beyond the narrowly-constructed mainstream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>Touch &amp; Go<\/em>&nbsp;is a performative and participatory presentation developed from my week-long research visit to the Sainsbury Centre at the University of East Anglia. The presentation focuses on my response to the museum\u2019s collections and display strategies, translating close observation of objects into embodied interactions.
