Often my drawings start with a montage of smaller-scaled sculptures. Here is the latest series–drawings are still in process. These works show the transition years of 11-17: from play to make-up; parents/grandparents aging, what is a doll versus an action figure; games; heroes and heroines; the spaces where I was allowed to play (beach) and not allowed (living room) and the affects of it all.
